Http:// vs www. for inbound links 3 weeks 14 hours ago

Ive been building links to http://mysite.com , for some reason the default on my site is http://www.mysite.com . Are the links that im building for the url with NO www. count for the one with the www.

On yahoo link explorer the www. shows 3 links, but the http:// shows 3,000+ links.

Have I done a no brainer mistake?

I've read about an oprion to intergrate Google Sote Search.
Is this a googd optionas.
Can be implemented on chirilic - russian alphabet?

Note: I keep all texts (title, body articles) on a mysql database.

I have tried upload .htaccess for URL redirection for my website. But it looks the code is not working.

I have hosted my site in Windows server. Kindly help me how to clear that error. Below is code i used in the .htaccess file what I have uploaded.

Hello! there,

I have a wordpress blog setup the following way using permalinks feature:

http://www.mydomain.com/blog-post.html
http://www.mydomain.com/blog-post-2.html
http://www.mydomain.com/blog-post-3.html

and I've now decided to add the following structure:

http://www.mydomain.com/read/blog-post.html
http://www.mydomain.com/read/blog-post-2.html
http://www.mydomain.com/read/blog-post-3.html

So how do I 301 redirect all the old links to new structure using htaccess?

I've tried many methods while doing a research on Google but still haven't found the solution. So anyone here to help me with the problem?

Backlinks acting strange 2 weeks 6 days ago

Hi,

I am having an issue with my backlinks. When I check backlinks for www. it shows different backlinks for when i check http://.

However, I have made sure to do a redirect from www. to http:// and also put the required meta canonical tag.

Will this effect my pagerank for http://

?
